WHERE ENGINEERS
ARE FORGED
Afterschool STEM and engineering classes, and camps for kids in Santa Monica
Forge empowers kids to become engineers, builders, and problem-solvers by giving them early access to the tools and skills of real engineering.
We focus on practical skills that are often missing from traditional classrooms, helping students build confidence, creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into real working creations.
Through hands on projects, students learn by doing.
Weekdays: 3:00-6:30PM | Sundays 11AM-2:30PM
Forge Summer Camp 2026
Hands-On Engineering, Real Tools, Real Builds
From RC cars and lightsabers to robots, arcade cabinets, woodworking, and planes, Forge Summer Camp is designed for kids who love to build, create, and figure things out by doing. Each week is a standalone experience, so families can choose the projects that excite their child most.
The Rank Program
At Forge Makerspace, students don’t just take classes—they progress through a structured engineering journey that keeps them challenged, motivated, and constantly learning new skills.
This is the ultimate, all encompassing, hands-on STEM engineering class for kids. Built around learning technical engineering skills while doing real projects.

Day Camps
Hands-On Engineering. Real Tools. Unforgettable Builds.
Campers spend the day working with real tools in a professional makerspace, building an exciting project across woodworking, electronics, 3D printing, and more.
Each camp is centered around a signature project that campers design and build from start to finish using real tools in a professional makerspace.
Students work in small, instructor-led groups and leave every camp with a finished project they get to take home.
Open Makerspace
Unstructured time where students in 1st-12th grade have access to our workshop, tools, materials and instructor supervision.
Students either currently enrolled in a Rank Class or who have already achieved Rank 1 may use our makerspace and engineering tools to work on their own projects.
