Where kids learnwoodworking

Real tools, real builds, and a workshop full of kids who can't wait to get back.

Forge students at work in the Santa Monica workshop.
Forge is my 10 year old son's favorite place to be! He has attended weekly classes for the past four months and has worked with a laser cutter, 3D printing programs, power tools and more.

Engineer

Lead a build. Teach the shop. Own the work.

Real tools. Real projects.

Our teaching is built around doing real engineering projects using real engineering tools. 3D printing, woodworking, laser cutting, electronics, power tools, soldering, robotics, and so much more.

Visible mastery.

Each rank is made up of 5–6 units, each with multiple projects. Kids earn gear badges for every skill mastered and group of projects completed. Their badges are proudly displayed on the workshop wall.
