Cancellation Policy
CLASSES
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for any missed days, regardless of the reason for the absence. Space permitting, your student will be able to make up their missed class in another class of the same level that week. You may cancel your class installments at any time. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are permitted with a full refund, up to 3 days before the activity.

SUMMER CAMPS
Cancellations with a refund are available two weeks prior to the start of your camp week or day. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are permitted with a full refund, up to 3 days before the event. With space permitting, parents may request to transfer camp signups to a different week, up to two weeks before their planned camp date. A 3% credit card fee will apply to all refunds.
DAY CAMPS
Cancellations with a refund are available one week prior to the start of your camp day. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are permitted with a full refund, up to 3 days before the event. With space permitting, parents may request to transfer camp signups to a different day, up to one weeks before their planned camp date. A 3% credit card fee will apply to all refunds.
Sick students with a doctor note will receive a 50% credit to their account.
