Cancellation Policy

CLASSES

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for any missed days, regardless of the reason for the absence. You may cancel your class membership at any time. We appreciate your cooperation!

Holiday Breaks: We recognize scheduled breaks during the school year and will automatically prorate your payment for the following periods:

    • Winter Break: Payments will be prorated for a two-week break during the month of December.

    • Spring Break: Payments will be prorated for a one-week break during the month of April.

CAMPS

Camp must be booked as whole weeks. Cancellations are available two weeks prior to the start of your camp week. A 3% credit card fee will apply. With space permitting, parents may request to transfer camp signups to a different week, up to two weeks before their planned camp date.
