Open Makerspace
Drop in. Build.
Supervised, unstructured shop time for kids who want to keep building between classes — work on a project, practice a skill, or finish a badge. Forge Academy tuition includes 40 minutes free every week; after that $30 an hour.
Who can use it: any student in grades 1–12 who is currently enrolled in Forge Academy. An instructor is on the floor supervising at all times.

If your kid is enrolled in a Forge Academy class, Open Makerspace access is automatic — no separate signup, no booking, just show up. Your tuition even includes 40 minutes here free every week.
Drop in any open hours.
Come build during any Open Makerspace block. An instructor is always on the floor supervising and helping.
We bill weekly.
We log the time your kid is actually in the shop and bill it at the end of the week — $30 an hour, to the minute, and only after your 40 free minutes are used up.
Already in Forge Academy? Your tuition already includes 40 minutes of Open Makerspace free every week — drop them off early, pick them up late, all included. And they are free to stay for even more time. You are billed only after that included time is used up.

No packages, no minimums. We track logged time and bill it weekly at a flat hourly rate — down to the minute.
